This Privacy Notice applies to all personal information processed by Hlomo Safety (Pty) Ltd t/a Hlomo Advisory as a "Responsible Party" under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We collect and process the absolute minimum personal information necessary to deliver high-trust services:

  • Identity & Access Data: Name, professional role, corporate entity, and mobile telephone number (for messaging authentication).
  • Interaction Data: Encrypted text and audio inputs submitted voluntarily to the platform for execution.
  • Waitlist Intake Data: Mandate descriptions submitted voluntarily via the access request door (/contact or Asset 3).

3. The Zero-Tracking Guarantee

  • No Third-Party Cookies: Our web interfaces (hlomo.com) utilize zero commercial analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral retargeting scripts (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
  • Zero Monetization: Personal information is never rented, syndicated, sold, or exchanged with third-party data brokers.

4. Data Security & Storage Boundaries

  • Sovereign Infrastructure: Data processed through the platform is secured using enterprise-grade encryption both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Regional Custody: Storage instances operate within regional data center locations adhering to strict international security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II).
  • Access Rules: Human access to client contextual databases is strictly prohibited, restricted by programmatic multi-tenant database security policies.

5. Your Statutory Data Subject Rights

Under POPIA, Principals retain full statutory control over their personal information:

  • Right to Access: You may request confirmation of what personal information we hold on your behalf.
  • Right to Correction: You may request the updating or correction of inaccurate personal records.
  • Right to Object & Erasure: You may demand the immediate deletion and cryptographic shredding of all personal information and Thought Capital held by the Provider.
