The Proposition
Traditional executive search treated leadership acquisition as a transactional seat-filling exercise. That posture is finished. As of August 2026, recruitment AI sits inside the EU AI Act’s high-risk classification. POPIA Section 71 continues to punish automated profiling without lawful, human-accountable process. Quiet black-box filtering is no longer merely lazy — it is illegal. Clicking “Approve” on an AI-generated shortlist is rubber-stamping.

Three Pillars
1. Single-Tenant Sovereignty
No shared databases. No LLM training on client IP. Absolute data ring-fencing with Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK). Each client runs inside its own tenant — not a multi-tenant pool dressed as privacy.
2. Purpose-Bound Custody
Candidate files sit on a tenant clock, never past 36 months. The default may be shorter by jurisdiction. Invoices and CRM records are a separate business clock. If a One Search pilot does not convert, that tenant is torn down — keys included. A closed assignment does not wipe the file the same day.
3. Hardcoded Compliance
Compliance is not a policy PDF stapled to a product. It is architecture. Human-In-The-Loop friction is mandatory: the system may analyse; it cannot auto-rank or auto-reject. A consultant must enter a recorded justification before a status change, and two distinct sources before outreach.
